The Swift Creek Shopping Center is an established neighborhood shopping tradition in the rapidly growing Swift Creek Area. Currently our shopping center is 85,998 square feet retail strip located at the crossroads of Raleigh and Cary.  We are at the intersection of Jones Franklin Road and Tryon Road, just 1.2 miles from US-1 and US-64.

Future Expansion

Future plans for the shopping center include adding an additional entrance on Holly Springs Road.  According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, approximately 37,000 vehicles pass the shopping center each day.  An additional entrance on Holly Springs Road would bring even more traffic to our shopping center.  We also plan to add additional shops and office buildings on 10 acres adjacent to the shopping center. expansion
